Questions parents ask us.

What age should my child start?
Most kids are ready for hands-on hardware around age 8, starting with guided Raspberry Pi or Arduino basics. Text-based coding (Python) typically clicks between 10–13. The discovery call exists exactly to figure out the right entry point for your child — there's no one-size answer.
Does my kid need any equipment?
A computer with a webcam and stable internet. For hardware Stacks, we send you a parts list (typically $40–90, ordered from Amazon in your country) before the Stack starts — you approve it first, and everything gets reused across projects.
What timezones do you cover?
We run after-school slots for UK/Europe and Australia/New Zealand on weekdays, and weekend slots for US and Canada. You'll see live availability when you book the discovery call.
Will my child have the same mentor every week?
Yes — always. Consistency is the whole point of mentorship. If your mentor is ever unavailable, we reschedule rather than substitute.
How do I know it's working?
Three ways: a weekly progress note after every session, full session recordings in your parent dashboard, and milestone projects you can physically see and touch. If it's not working, we'll tell you honestly on a parent check-in call — and you can pause anytime.
What if my kid doesn't like it?
The trial session is free precisely so you risk nothing. After enrolling, unused sessions in any package are refundable in the first two weeks, no questions asked.
